The ECDL is made up of a range of modules – each module provides a practical programme of up-to-date skills and knowledge areas, which are validated by a test. The ECDL enables you to develop and certify your computer skills in the subject areas of your choosing and to the level that you need – either for work, or for day-to-day life.

GMB College offers a number of health and safety courses designed to equip learners with knowledge from foundational level to full health and safety representation, inspection and advocacy skills. GMB College offers a wide range of workshop courses which provide a route to the mandatory certification required for entry to a number of careers, such as occupational first aid for child care, manual handling, and a wide number of other courses, all designed to be short courses which provide you with the precertification to bring to recruitment agencies and new employers or also to meet continuing professional development for ongoing certification while in employment.
